Collection: Iris de Moüy

Iris de Moüy is an artist who lives and works in Paris. She draws, paints and writes.
Her exhibition "Boucles étranges" showcased at Mayaro Gallery from November 23, 2020 to January 25, 2021 expresses through several mediums: video, painting and engraving, the time loop. On a falsely casual air, several figures perform repetitive movements with the regularity of a metronome.
In 2022, on the occasion of the PAD, the Mayaro gallery exhibited the original drawings of Iris de Moüy for the book Horses Are Blue published by Chose commune. Horses are Blue presents a universe populated by mysterious creatures and extraordinary human figures that meet, challenge and embrace each other.
